BULK TRADING EXPERIENCE

Experience in large-scale bulk trading of crude oil, gasoline, diesel, and other refined products. Longstanding relationships with producers, refiners, and end-users enable efficient trading flows, optimized logistics, and value creation in both domestic and international markets. 

DOWNSTREAM RETAIL FOOTPRINT

At various points in its history, the group operated a network of gas stations and retail fuel outlets. This retail presence provided a direct channel to consumers and complemented wholesale and refining activities, adding flexibility and market insight.

INTL REFINERY DEVELOPMENT

The leadership previously partnered with the Govt. of Ghana to design and develop a modular refinery and power plant pilot in the Port of Takoradi. Although the project was withdrawn following Chevron’s asset acquisition, it demonstrated the team’s ability to structure, finance, and execute complex international energy infrastructure projects.

RISK MANAGEMENT, HEDGING, & TRADING

Decades of experience executing risk management and hedging strategies across crude oil, refined products, and natural gas. This expertise enables the optimization of portfolios, mitigation of exposure to price fluctuations, and consistent enhancement of profitability through market cycles. 

BROKERAGE & MARKET INNOVATION

Management owned an Introducing Brokerage firm and were first movers into the electronic trading space for the commodity sector. The platform innovation by the group was adopted by one of the largest Futures Commodity Merchants.
