EASTERN EUROPEAN ENERGY DEVELOPMENT

Our teams maintain strong working relationships with the United States Government which includes the State Department, Energy Department, Treasury Department, and affiliated federal program offices. For opportunities in Eastern Europe, we leverage our experience & relationships to support U.S. backed financing, which includes direct loans, loan guarantees, and insurance products. GULF OF AMERICA OFFSHORE OPERATIONS

We operate significant federal oil and gas leases within the Gulf of America. The gross production capacity of our assets is 22,000 BOE/D derived from 139 Offshore Platforms with 277,643 Gross Acres.

LOUISIANA OPERATIONS

Since 2004, we have held numerous oil and gas leases in the state waters of Louisiana, which served as the foundational enterprise for Cox Energy.

PLUGGING & ABANDONMENT

We operate large scale plugging and abandonment (“P&A”) operations and work closely with affiliated service businesses to deliver state of the industry operational and technical support. We have several complete equipment suites under direct management.  The equipment suites are capable to handle a broad spectrum of well P&A with very little need for outside rental tools or specialty items.  In addition, the equipment can handle a variety working pressure environments.  We have completed projects for Chevron and Exxon in the Gulf of America, including well P&A, platform removal and site clearance.
